Directions:

  1. Boil shrimp, calamari (sliced) and octopus for 2 minutes. chill. Add finely diced peppers, onions, cilantro and tomato to shrimp seafood mixture. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. cover and refrigerate. Slice scallops and flounder thinly- put in glass pyrex cover with fresh lemon and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Combine the shrimp seafood mixture with scallops and flounder mixture and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
