Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash the carrots and french bean.put it in a shallow microproof dish.
  2. Without adding water high the micro for 5 minutes .
  3. Remove the vegetables from the dish .
  4. Add 2tsp oil to the dish and high the mico for 2 minute.
  5. Add the tumeric,chilli powder, mix spice ,coriander powder and salt.mix it nicely.add onions and high the micro for 4-5 minute.
  6. Add the cooked beans and carrots . mix the tomatoes and high the micro for 6-7 minutes.
