Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 1 cup broth
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp tofu
  • 1/8 cup spinach

Directions:

  1. Place 1 tbs miso in bowl
  2. Boil broth and water
  3. Add carrot to broth and cook slightly
  4. Add 1/4 cup broth&water to miso in bowl and mix
  5. Add spinach and green onion to bowl
  6. Pour rest of broth over miso in bowl
