Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups mint leaves , packed

Directions:

  1. Boil the sugar and water until dissovled.
  2. Add honey.
  3. Stir in mint and bring to a boil.
  4. Let steep until it turns green, about 1/2 hour.
  5. Pour through a sieve.
  6. Keep in refrigerator.
