Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, water, and lemon juice in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Combine sugar mixture and mint leaves in container of an electric blender or food processor; process until leaves are finely chopped.
  4. Cover and chill dressing 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Serve dressing over fresh fruit.
