Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir together sugar, 3/4 cup water, and the celery in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. When the first bubbles appear, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer gently 5 minutes. Let cool, then strain. Keeps up to 1 week, chilled.
  2. Note: Nutritional analysis is per tbsp.
