Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 8 slices bread

Directions:

  1. Combine in bowl eggs, milk, vanilla and 2 tbsp NESTLÉ Milo, whisk well.
  2. Dip bread slices into egg mixture.
  3. Heat frypan, grease lightly with butter.
  4. Cook bread both sides until golden.
  5. Remove from pan, sprinkle both sides with remaining NESTLÉ MILO, serve hot.
