Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 55 ml milk
  • 1 loaf bread

Directions:

  1. In a plate or bowl, mix the egg, milk, 2 pinches of nutmeg and 2 pinches of sugar.
  2. In a frying pan, melt the butter and sprinkle some sugar on top of it.
  3. Cut the loaf in peices, and dip them in the mixture until soaked.
  4. Fry the pieces of bread until golden brown.
