Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread bottom of a large serving dish with refried beans.
  2. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix and spread over beans.
  3. Mash avocados and mix with lemon juice and capsicum/pepper. Spread over sour cream/mayonnaise layer.
  4. Top with grated cheese, chopped tomatoes and finally with olives and chopped parsley.
