Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 can of rotel tomotoes
  • 1/2 can cream corn
  • 1/2 cup onions chopped real fine you could use less if preferred
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers chopped real fine could use less if preffered

Directions:

  1. Heat cooking oil in cast iron skillet or any pan
  2. Mix all ingrediants together pour into hot skillet and bake until golden brown
