Ingredients:
2 cups self rising yellow cornmeal
1 tablespoon self rising flour
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese mild or sharp your choice
1 can of rotel tomotoes
1/2 can cream corn
1/2 cup onions chopped real fine you could use less if preferred
1/2 cup bell peppers chopped real fine could use less if preffered
2 tablespoons cooking oil any kind
Directions:
1. Heat cooking oil in cast iron skillet or any pan
2. Mix all ingrediants together pour into hot skillet and bake until golden brown
