Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare rice according to directions
  2. Baked chicken while rice is cooking
  3. Crush corn chips
  4. When rice is done mix with salsa
  5. Mix refried beans with salsa rice
  6. Dice chicken
  7. Mix with rice
  8. Spray casserole dish
  9. Press rice/chicken mixture into dish
  10. Top with cheese sauce
  11. Then top with crushed chips
  12. Bake until 165 in the middle
  13. Top with shredded cheese
  14. Let rest for 15 mins then serve
