Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut cantaloupe in half and scoop out seeds.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup port into each melon half.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled, at least 2 hours. Decorate with mint leaves and serve ice cold.
