Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 -4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Recipe can be doubled!
