Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon salt or 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon ( according to taste)
  • crushed garlic (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Add a little parsley and olive oil for presentation.
  3. Serve with fried flat bread.
