Greek bean dip
Ingredients:
2 cups garbanzo beans, drained
1/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
2 -4 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Recipe can be doubled!
