Basic Vegan Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • 1/8 cup tahini
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Blend everything except for the tahini in a food processor. Once blended well, pulse in tahini. Add water as needed for desired consistency.
