Ingredients:

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Directions:

  1. Peel and chop taters.
  2. Bowl until just tender throughout.
  3. Using electric mixer or pastry masher, mash taters while adding milk and margarine.
  4. Add garlic salt and mix thoroughly.
  5. Serve it up!
