Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water or 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix ground beef, milk, cracker crumbs, pepper, salt and onion together.
  2. Shape into a narrow loaf.
  3. Cover and let sit in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Can be prepared in the morning before you go to work, etc. and be ready when you get home!
  5. Cut loaf into slices.
  6. Fry in a skillet on both sides until brown.
  7. Put the slices in a baking dish.
  8. Mix 1 can of mushroom soup with the 1 cup of water or milk; pour over each piece.
  9. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
