Marinated Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9 oz) package frozen artichoke hearts
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp chervil
  • 1/4 tsp tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Directions:

  1. Cook artichoke hearts following directions on package.
  2. Drain and place in a small bowl.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over artichoke hearts.
  4. Chill at least 2 hours.
