Mango Orange Chili Popsicle/Ice Pop

Ingredients:

  • 2 large mangoes , flesh of (preferably kent )
  • 2 tbsp ginger juice (to prepare the , grate a large piece of unpeeled ginger and squeeze the grated pieces to)
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Prepare the ginger juice, and set aside.
  2. In a blender, purée the mangoes with the orange juice.
  3. Pour into a large bowl, and whisk in the ginger juice, red pepper, cardamom, nutmeg and salt.
  4. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
