Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grind up oatmeal in food processor until powder consistency.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients (except cinnamon chips).
  3. Slowly drizzle oil into mix while whisking to combine.
  4. Add cinnamon chips.
  5. Package in air tight container until ready to use.
  6. If giving as a gift, write the wet ingredients on a card and the below instructions.
  7. Pancakes:.
  8. 1 cup Mix.
  9. 1 Egg.
  10. 1/2 cup Milk.
  11. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
  12. Makes 8-12 pancakes.
  13. Waffles:.
  14. 1 Cup Mix.
  15. 1 Egg.
  16. 3/4 Cup Milk.
  17. 2 Tbs Oil.
  18. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
  19. Makes 3-4 waffles.
