Four Grain Pancakes  or Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour ( i used 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup white flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Stir in wet ingredients, mixing well.
  3. Cook either as pancakes or waffles.
