Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk and butter.
  3. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  4. Fold in the chips and nuts.
  5. Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
  8. For glaze, in a small microwave-safe bowl, melt chips with cream.
  9. Stir until smooth.
  10. Drizzle over warm muffins.
  11. Makes 12 muffins
