Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter (melted )
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberry cereal
  • 3/4 cup blueberries

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
  2. Add beaten egg, milk and butter.
  3. Stir in berries and cereal.
  4. Spoon into greased muffin pan.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 375.
