Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • additional butter, melted
  • additional sugar

Directions:

  1. In mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat eggs then add milk, butter, nutmeg and vanilla.
  3. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and mix just until moistened.
  4. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Brush muffin tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
