Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine eggs, oil, and bananas. (I usually squeeze them out into the mixing bowl.).
  3. Add in dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
  4. Bake in oiled loaf pan for 60 minutes.
  5. Cool before slicing.
