Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup icing sugar , sifted
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, beat first 4 ingredients with a hand mixer until blended.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder/soda/salt in another bowl.
  4. Add to banana mixture and mix well.
  5. Pour batter in a 9 square baking dish, which was coated with non stick spray.
  6. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool.
  8. Beat peanut butter/icing sugar/milk together in bowl until well blended.
  9. Spread over cake.
  10. Serve.
