Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil the potatoes in water till tender. Mince the onions finely.
  2. Peel them when hot.
  3. Mash the potatoes with a ricer/fork.
  4. Let them cool a bit.
  5. Add the salt and pepper, onions, then add the yogurt and the parsley.
