Low - Fat Wholesome Baked Oatmeal With Agave

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 -.
  2. Spray Pam on inside of dish.
  3. In a bowl- mix together oats, half walnuts, half brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, flax and salt.
  4. In a second bowl- whisk together agave syrup, milk, egg substitute, half of the butter, and the vanilla.
  5. Arrange bananas on the bottom of the baking dish. Throw some of the berries on top of the bananas.
  6. Cover fruit with oat mixture.
  7. Pour the liquid mixture from other bowl on top of oats evenly.
  8. Top your caserole with rest of berries and nuts.
  9. Bake around 45 minutes in a gas oven,( up to 10 min less in an electric oven to be specific) until the mixture has set in the middle and the entire casserole is a golden brown.
  10. Let rest around 10 minutes, as it is very hot !
