  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Beat bananas.
  3. Add sugar, oil, egg.
  4. Add other ingredients.
  5. Line or grease muffin tin.
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes
