Hawaiian Waffles with Pineapple & Coconut

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Mix together beaten egg yolk, sour cream, coconut milk, melted butter, and chopped pineapple with some juice.
  4. Add to flour mixture, mixing well.
  5. Fold in gently whipped egg whites, and pour into heated and lightly oiled waffle iron.
  6. Cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve with sliced banana (optional) and pure maple syrup.
