Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sugar, mixed with the cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, soda salt.
  2. Add shortening mix.
  3. Then add eggs,bananas, vanilla and blend well.
  4. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  6. Bake at 400F degrees for 12 minutes.
