Directions:

  1. In a food processor combine scallions, salt, pepper and lemon juice then process until pureed.
  2. Add cream cheese and process until softened then add half the lobster and process to puree.
  3. Add remaining lobster and process just to mix then serve with warm sliced baguettes.
