Scrumptious Butternut Squash

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter , 1/2 stick, cut into 16 equal pieces

Directions:

  1. Halve the butternut squash lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
  2. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Dot each half with 4 pieces of butter.
  4. Drizzle with honey.
  5. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until tender, about 20 minutes.
