Lemon Chicken With Roasted Garlic

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash and pat dry the chicken.
  3. Place the garlic in a roasting pan and lay the chicken over them.
  4. Top the chicken with the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast in the oven, turning occasionally until the chicken is golden and most of the juices have evaporated, leaving only the olive oil in the pan.
  6. Remove the chicken and garlic cloves from the pan, leaving the olive oil.
  7. Serve the chicken garnished with the whole roasted garlic cloves and additional lemon wedges.
