Leftover Salmon Cakes(Or Tuna, or Crab)

  1. Blend potatoes, mayo, horseradish sauce, hot sauce, and lemon juice together.
  2. Add salmon, dill, egg and bell pepper. Mix gently but well.
  3. Stir in breadcrumbs, adding more if needed to hold mixture together.
  4. Shape into patties.
  5. Fry each side 4-5 minutes or until browned.
  6. Great on a bun or own it's own with a salad.
