  1. Beat eggs well. Add to rest of ingredients and mix well. Set oven to 350 deg F. This makes one serving. I used individual ramicans with these amounts in each one. I cooked for about 30 minutes but it may take less depending on how many you are cooking. I decided after the first try it's a good idea to spray the ramicans with cooking spray before filling them.
