Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups sifted flour
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs, add milk, flour, salt and butter. Spoon 1/2 mix in muffin tin, add cheese to each cup then spoon the rest of the mixture over the cheese. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 50 minutes.
