Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel the potatoes and dice them (medium size).
  2. Fry in vegetable oil until golden.
  3. In another pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  4. Add crushed garlic and chopped cilantro; cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add the fried potatoes and mix them all together.
  6. Add salt and paprika then serve.
