Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In layers:
  2. Spinach
  3. 1 c. of the cheese
  4. Mushrooms
  5. Onions
  6. Tomatoes
  7. Peas( should be on top)
  8. Set aside
  9. Mix together the mayo, sour cream, and basil
  10. Spread over the peas, completely covering the top of salad
  11. Cover and refrigerate at least 5 hours.
  12. Garnish with remaining cheese and bacon(if used) just before serving
