Ingredients:

  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 oz packages cream cheese
  • garlic salt, to taste (lots!)

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes, peel, and mash.
  2. Add sour cream spoon full at a time,.
  3. Adding more as needed.
  4. Cut cream cheese into chunks and slowly add to.
  5. Potatoes and continue blending.
  6. Add cubes of one stick of butter at a.
