Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until tender. Rinse well. Alternatively, you may use instant lasagne noodle.
  2. To cook meat sauce - Heat oil in a frying pan and cook minced steak until well browned. Add tomatoes, liquid, onion, garlic and seasoning. Simmer for 40 minutes or until liquid has almost evaporated.
  3. To cook cheese sauce - Melt butter, add in flour and cook for few minutes. Gradually blend in milk and continue cooking and stirring until sauce thickens and boils for 1 minute. Add seasoning and shredded cheese and stir until cheese has melted.
  4. Place a layer of noodles in an oven proof dish. Spread with half the meat sauce, then cover with half the cheese sauce. Top evenly with a second layer of noodles. Repeat layers of meat and cheese sauce. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and Parmesan sauce. Bake a moderate oven for 20 minutes.
