Lamb Chops n' Chutney crust

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh bread , crunbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp colonel grey chutney (bergie's colonel grey's chutney) or 4 tbsp major grey chutney

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Combines crumbs and rosemary.
  3. Season chops with salt& pepper.
  4. Spread each side of the chops with 1/2 tsp chutney and dip into the crumbs, coat well Place on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown 15 minutes for medium rare.
  5. Serve.
