Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dice all veggies.
  2. Drain garbanzo beans.
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Top with dressing/sauce of your choice. I love it with honey dijon.
  5. Makes 4 lunch sized servings, or 6-8 as a side salad.
