  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1/4 cup non fat milk

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes
  2. Boil
  3. Strain
  4. Add 1/4 cup margarine & milk
  5. Mash
  6. Add 1 tbs margaine on top
