Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon together. Add sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix well. Add carrots, drained pineapple and nuts. Pour into three 8 or 9 inch cake pans, greased and floured. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
