Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine cucumber and tomatoes in serving bowl.
  2. In small mixing bowl add lemon juice, garlic, salt and olive oil.
  3. Whisk.
  4. Add to cucumber and tomatoes and stir.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours for flavors to combine.
  6. Serve with steak and fries.
  7. I like to dip pieces of dark rye bread into the juice for an extra taste sensation.
  8. Jungle Juice tastes even better the next day topped up with more cucumber and tomatoes if required.
