Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion (chopped )
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp sage
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg or 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp mustard

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together, well.
  2. For topping; mix all ingredients together and spoon on top of meatloaf mixture.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
