Jenny's Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 4 cups lettuce
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup carrot
  • 1/4 cup green pepper

Directions:

  1. 1. Cook and dice chicken.
  2. 2. Melt butter and mix with hot sauce. Combine with chicken.
  3. 3. Chop and toss all remaining ingredients.
  4. 4. Top with chicken breast.
